A Little About Kaitlyn……
“I am inspired by the magical moments and people that surround me and I can’t help but want to capture them with my camera and share them with the world.” – Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn comes from a family filled with artistic people and has been exposed from an early age to art. Growing up both of her grandmothers were creative women who sewed, painted, sculpted, and knitted. Kaitlyn was always writing and discovered graphic and web design at the age of 12. After being frustrated while designing graphics with her choice of photos Kaitlyn decided to start taking her own. She got her first digital camera as a teenager and has been taking photos ever since. Her passion started with landscapes and nature and has now grown into a love of portraiture and commercial photography as well. Although she is a young photographer Kaitlyn has had work featured on Photography Websites such as Redbubble.com and SOAPhoto.com’s Advanced Art Gallery.
“I started taking pictures because I was given this amazing ability to see the world and the people in it in a different way. Each photo I take captures an emotion and freezes that moment in time. When I am photographing people it is important to me to capture who they are and all of the beauty within and out. I am very passionate about what I do, I feel very lucky to be able to do what I love every day.” – Kaitlyn
